Clarivate is seeking a dynamic Senior Counsel – Life Sciences & Healthcare to join our global Legal team! The Senior Counsel – LS&H will be based in or near London and will form part of a highly respected global legal team. This role will be a legal business partner to Clarivate’s LS&H business unit and will play a leading role in the structuring and negotiation of Clarivate’s customer and partner relationships.

Minimum LLB
Solicitor qualified in England and Wales
4+ years’ experience as an attorney working with contracts
Experience with healthcare consulting services, particularly field research for big pharma

Large law-firm and in-house experience
Data licensing experience
Experience with contract negotiations, sales support, and customer relationships
What will you be doing in this role?...
Reviewing and negotiating a broad range of Clarivate contracts
Helping to establish Clarivate’s consulting management procedures
Working closely with leaders across the business on strategy concerning field research in consulting
Identify ongoing personal training and developmental needs as part of continuous career and professional development
Minimal travel on an as needed basis
About the Team
The Life Sciences & Healthcare segment legal team provides legal support for the LS&H commercial operations, supporting all aspects of the business and working closely with business leadership.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time permanent position based in UK and will require hybrid working in our London office (2 days per week in office, rest of week remote).
This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility around core working hours, working across regions and time zones worldwide, particularly supporting some US-based meeting times.
