A leading international company in the chemicals and manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Interim Corporate Counsel to support its legal function during a 9 month period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate matters, transactions, and commercial operations.
• Advise on legal issues arising at manufacturing sites, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various business units to support ongoing operations.
• Assist with corporate governance, contract negotiations, and ad hoc legal matters as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with solid post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated experience within the chemicals sector.
• Previous legal support experience for manufacturing sites or plant operations.
• Strong corporate law background with the ability to handle a broad range of legal matters.
• Ability to work independently and provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice.
• Availability to commit to a 6–9 month interim engagement.
• Preference for candidates available on a day-rate consultancy basis.
