Join the Rotork Legal Team as a Senior Legal Counsel!

Are you a dynamic and proactive lawyer with 7+ years of post-qualification experience? Do you excel in communication, organisation, and problem-solving? If so, we want you to support the continuing growth of Rotork!

About the Role:

Based at our global HQ in Bath and reporting to the Head of Legal for EMEA and India, you will play a pivotal role in providing quality cross-border legal advice within our high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise key stakeholders across Rotork Plc and its group companies on a broad range of legal areas, including:
    • Commercial contracts (framework agreements, master supply agreements, agent/distributor/reseller agreements, and non-standard terms for supply and purchase)
    • Disputes and litigation
    • Data protection issues
    • Employment and HR matters
    • M&A and internal restructurings
    • Real estate transactions
    • Intellectual property matters
  • Suggest commercial and pragmatic solutions to resolve business issues.
  • Drive efficiencies and influence business thinking.
  • Interact with members of the Management Board and make an impact every day.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with 7+ years PQE.
  • Solid experience in general commercial contracts.
  • Additional experience in data protection, employment, or disputes/litigation is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in providing consistent and clear risk-based advice in an in-house environment.
