Our client is the market leader in Integrated Law, combining traditional law expertise, the efficiency of New Law, and the close integration of in-house legal teams to deliver complex legal work at scale. They collaborate with corporate legal departments to address the increasing demands and complexity of transactional legal work. Their approach combines specialist expertise, AI-powered solutions, and business process knowledge to improve performance, outcomes, and the contracting experience. Your New Role: As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients' businesses by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, providing general support to the contracts management and in-house legal teams. If you are a team player, able to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, and bring a result-driven, energetic, confident, curious, and fun personality, this role is for you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and negotiating various Commercial Contracts.
  • Working closely with clients' in-house legal teams on international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, or consumer matters.
  • Managing caseloads actively.
  • Adhering to delivery processes and commitments.
  • Updating data in company and client systems.
  • Developing contract templates, playbooks, and tools for team use.
  • Contributing to service improvement and value addition.

What You Need To Succeed: Essential criteria include:

  • A law degree and/or legal qualification.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the country.
  • Minimum 4 years of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably within a law firm, ALSP, or in-house legal team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Good commercial awareness and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Alignment with Factor's core values: Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability, and Stewardship.

Desirable criteria include experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services sectors, particularly in contracting functions, and experience working in-house.

Benefits include a competitive salary, private health and dental insurance, pension contributions, 38 days holidays, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, career development opportunities, an inclusive environment, and flexible working arrangements.

Additional information: As part of an ISO-compliant center, the candidate must follow policies on Information Security Management System and maintain security levels for company and client assets.
