They are seeking a contracts specialist for the role of Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Belfast. Your New Role

As a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, providing general support to the client's contracts management and in-house legal teams. The role requires a collaborative, communicative, result-driven, energetic, confident, curious, and engaging personality.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate various Commercial Contracts.
  • Work closely with clients' legal departments on international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, or consumer matters.
  • Contribute to service delivery and compliance.
  • Manage caseloads actively.
  • Follow company and client system processes and update data accordingly.
  • Assist in developing contract templates, playbooks, and tools.
  • Participate in continuous service improvement.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Law Degree and/or legal qualification.
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK.
  • At least 4 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably within a law firm, ALSP, or in-house legal team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Good commercial awareness and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word.
  • Alignment with company core values: Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability, Stewardship.

Desirable

  • Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services contracting.
  • In-house experience.
