A leading higher education institution in the UK seeks two Senior Lecturers to enhance learning and teaching practices. This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require occasionaltravel to our locations below to meet business requirements as needed. We may expand to other locations in the future which you will be required to visit.Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

As a Senior Lecturer, you will support the enhancement of learning, teaching and assessment across the institution. Reporting to the Head of the Teaching Excellence Academy, you’ll lead on key projects aligned with Arden’s academic priorities, shaping policies, practices, and staff development initiatives.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across academic and professional services to deliver impactful change and innovation in teaching and learning.

As a Senior Lecturer you will focus on enhancing curriculum and assessment. You will work under the guidance of the Head of Assessment to lead strategic projects that improve assessment practices across the University. You willshape and implement policy, drive innovation in curriculum design, and evaluate impact—collaborating with academic and professional services colleagues to support high-quality, inclusive learning experiences.
