A healthcare organization in Lakenheath is seeking a Senior Lecturer for its Doctorate in Child & Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy programme. An opportunity has arisen to recruit a Senior Lecturer based in the Doctorate in Child & Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy training team.
The position of Senior Lecturer has been introduced to enable flexible delivery within a portfolio of courses, and where appropriate, across portfolios. It aims to facilitate the post holder in implementing a wide range of skills within an integrated post.
At senior level, the post holder will be required to undertake a leadership role in relation to an aspect of course delivery such as module leadership; assessment; recruitment etc. This post holder will contribute to the development and organisation of research in the M80, Doctorate in Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, which is accredited by the ACP.
The post holder will also work flexibly across a range of programmes to provide teaching, supervision and tuition to master’s and where appropriate, doctoral students, as required. The post holder will also be involved in recruitment and assessment processes and will assist flexibly in all aspects of course delivery within the portfolio and other portfolios where relevant.
This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities, and the post holder may be required to undertake other duties which fall within the grade of the job, in discussion with the Team Manager / Service Manager.
