University of Salford invites applications for a Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor in Organisations, Work and Digital Transformation at Salford Business School. The role provides leadership to the subject group and includes a 50% workload as Subject Group Head, with a three-year review cycle.

You will lead teaching, research and knowledge exchange, develop taught and research programmes, mentor staff and promote inclusive practice in line with University standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the dynamic team of Organisations, Work and Digital Transformation staff, promoting excellence in teaching, research and knowledge exchange.
• Initiate and lead development and delivery of taught and research programmes related to Organisations, Work and Digital Transformation.
• Provide line management and mentoring for junior colleagues.
