About the Role

Chelsea Centre for the Creative Industries is looking to appoint a Senior Lecturer to work across a range of programmes in our TV, Film and Media department. We have a brand new state-of-the-art TV studio that will enhance students' practical media skills. The fully equipped studio supports the recording of live and ‘as-live’ productions, including interviews, discussion programmes, quiz shows, and news segments. This year, we are proud to be running a T Level in Media, Broadcast and Production L3 alongside our existing UAL L3 Extended Diploma in Creative Media Production and Technology (Film, TV and Media Production).

You will have expertise in digital media, which could include Adobe CC, Game Engines, 3D Modelling software. You will hold an undergraduate degree in a related subject and ideally have experience within the FE sector, hold a teaching qualification, and have industry experience, leveraging your contacts to innovate with guest lectures, workshops, or placements.

At the Chelsea Centre for the Creative Industries (CCCI), the learner is placed at the heart of a unique educational experience to build their industry and character skills towards prosperity in their career and future studies.

Media at CCCI provides learners with contemporary, industry-relevant education at a grassroots level, providing them with not only the technical skills required to succeed but also collaborative working, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills needed to succeed as a creative in the 21st Century.
