We have excellent laboratory infrastructure to support our research, including dedicated EEG and TMS laboratories, a state-of-the-art baby-lab, eye-tracking and psychophysiology recording suits, and over a dozen additional lab spaces for our varied research activities. 82.5% of our research outputs are classified as internationally excellent or world-leading, placing the department well within the top third of Psychology departments in the UK for research quality (REF 2021).

We are proud to be recognized for our high standards of teaching by our students, who rated the Department within the top 3 Psychology Departments in London and the top 25 in the UK for overall student satisfaction in the recent National Student Survey (NSS 2023).

They will also contribute to the development of an innovative Health and Wellbeing Clinic with PWP at its core.

The successful candidate will make a significant contribution to the School’s educational activities, in line with the Education and Student Strategy, through leading curriculum and educational development that integrates scholarship and professional/clinical activities.
