Job Description:

Day rate contract, full-time

19th May - 1st August (with the potential of an extension)

Remote (must be UK based)

Instinct is working with a prestigious professional institute that provides exceptional education and training qualifications to professionals in their field. They advocate for improved standards, fund research, and offer a support network. Currently, they are undergoing a large systems change, switching to a new CRM (Dynamics 365). They seek an experienced Senior Learning Technologist to manage this transition.

The current Moodle setup is basic, and this role involves integrating Moodle with the new CRM, which will merge systems and enhance Moodle capabilities. The transition must be handled carefully to ensure automation and system interactions are maintained securely.

The Moodle resource team is small; the post holder will collaborate with the Product Development team to:

• Create and manage Moodle courses.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the CRM.
• Contribute to the CRM project, understanding system interdependencies and data flows.
• Liaise with developers on server-side and backend Moodle support.
• Utilize Titus for external Moodle support.

What You'll Need:

• Hands-on Moodle site administration experience (not strategic).
• CRM/LMS integration experience, preferably with Dynamics 365, Telefónica, or similar systems.
• Strong UAT, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of GDPR, especially regarding educational data.
