Monkwick Junior School is seeking a dedicated High Level Teaching Assistant to join a friendly, ambitious school committed to kindness and respect. You will support the class teacher, work with pupils to promote learning, and help maintain a safe, happy classroom environment during term-time.

The role is 30 hours per week across a 38-week year, offering a supportive, inclusive setting with opportunities for professional development within The Sigma Trust.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above.
• Experience of working with a range of children in a school setting.
• Ability to interact positively with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that all school policies are actively upheld and promoted at all times.
• Build and maintain positive, constructive relationships with pupils, families, multi‑agencies, professionals and colleagues to maximise pupils’ development and uphold the school ethos.
• Work alongside the class teacher to deliver learning and support academic achievement through focused group learning.
