Job Summary
Our Senior Learning Events Coordinators are responsible for leading a team of Learning Administrators that provide administrative and operational support for any type of Learning intervention.
Working in partnership with the Learning Event & Administration Leadership Team, Client Account Managers as well as nominated client stakeholders, you’ll ensure all services that are delivered meet or exceed the client agreed service levels. The role will also involve working with colleagues to identify additional client opportunities to drive the business forward as well as ensuring our internal Operating model remains commercially viable.
Based at our client site in central London, attendance at evening events may also be required.
As an integral part of our team, you will provide comprehensive support for Learning Events / Training, catering to the needs of our global clients. You will work alongside Learning Events Coordinators and Regional Learning Program Managers, to ensure the successful delivery of our clients' Learning and Training Event portfolio. To excel in this role, you will need to develop a deep understanding of both our internal operations and our client's businesses. You should exhibit confidence, possess excellent prioritization skills to manage a diverse workload, project a professional image, and demonstrate impeccable written and verbal communication abilities. You will need to be comfortable and confident in delegating tasks to Learning Events Coordinators, taking initiative to problem-solve perceived risks, and managing expectations of others.
