About the job you’re considering

We are looking for learning and enablement professionals eager to grow their careers. Our Change Enablement & Adoption team shares best practices across key areas such as stakeholder engagement, communications, business change, learning & enablement, and culture change.

Hybrid working: The work location varies between company offices, client sites, and your home, but you cannot work 100% from home.

Your role

As a Senior Learning Enablement Consultant, you will lead learning workstreams of transformation projects, understanding client needs and designing learning solutions to meet those needs.

You will work with clients and colleagues to deliver sustainable business change through learning strategies, needs analysis, program development, and course design, especially focusing on technology-enabled change, ERP programs, digital applications, etc. You will lead teams of learning consultants to deliver high-quality, blended learning solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading learning workstreams of ERP implementations and digital developments
• Building trusted relationships with clients and teams
• Being a subject matter expert in learning and enablement
• Participating in sales activities and shaping learning bids
• Mentoring early and emerging talent

Your skills and experience

You should be TAP, LPI, or CIPD certified, capable of leading end-to-end blended learning solutions, and experienced in consulting, stakeholder engagement, and digital adoption platforms. ERP transformation experience and knowledge of AI for learning are desirable.

Your security clearance

Security Check (SC) clearance is required, including residency in the UK for the past 5 years. The recruitment process will include questions about your eligibility for security clearance.
