Learning Disability or Mental Health Nurse
We seek an experienced Band 6 Learning Disability or Mental Health Nurse to join the Intensive Support Team in Suffolk.
We welcome candidates with experience working with adults or children with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, as this is an all-age service.
The team supports prevention of admission or care breakdown by understanding behaviors that challenge, using Applied Behavioral Analysis and Positive Behavioral Support approaches.
We assist in timely discharges from inpatient units by collaborating during hospital stays.
The Intensive Support Team is part of the Learning Disability and Autism Pathway, emphasizing innovative service delivery supported by the Trust. We are a vibrant, multidisciplinary team working closely with various services.
