We re looking for a senior learning & development advisor - 12 month fixed term contract. Based at our Capenhurst site location you ll develop a training policy and contribute to implementation, with the aim of encouraging employee development in line with organizational goals. You will also support and advise on the learning and professional development of the workforce, implement and execute processes and training offerings.

• Previous experience working within Learning and Development
