A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Advisor to enhance staff training and development. In this role, you will assess training needs, design educational initiatives, and ensure compliance with legal training standards. Ideal candidates possess a minimum of 3 years' L&D experience, excellent project management skills, and a strong understanding of CPD requirements. This position offers a dynamic work environment in the City of London.

The HR team plays a vital role in supporting the Firm\'s people strategy and fostering a continued positive and inclusive workplace culture. The team currently comprises the HR Director, two HR Business Partners, a Senior HR Advisor, and an HR Assistant. As a close-knit and proactive team, we are committed to delivering high-quality support to all employees across the Firm, including Partners, Directors, our legal fee earning teams and Firm Management Services (FMS).
The business is growing and this is an additional role to bring in a Senior Learning & Development Advisor to support the Firm\'s commitment to training and continued competence across all levels of the business and further develop our learning and development activity.
