Job description

Location: Remote (with travel)

Your role will be the lead subject matter expert in the AI Practice, responsible for product design and development. You will represent the AI group’s needs for the design of bespoke, off-the-shelf, and certification products across the AI portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative, public, and client-specific solutions.
• Use Management Information and data to generate insights that help improve product quality.
• Collaborate with AI Portfolio Director and SMEs to design and develop active, engaging, and innovative products and content.
• Work with SMEs to ensure products comply with accreditation body standards.
• Engage with accreditation bodies to stay updated on certification standards and new product introductions.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (e.g., Curriculum Manager, Instructional Design, Platforms, Courseware) and Practice Director to develop processes and standards for product design and development.
• Work with the Practice Director to improve the quality of AI-specific solutions.

Experience:

• Extensive AI experience within an industry role.
• Proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions across multiple modes (e.g., classroom, digital, blended, virtual) to meet diverse business needs.
• Experience in creating and using MI and data to enhance product quality.
• Ability to consider scale and reuse in your approach while addressing the specific context of solution development.
• Experience estimating solution development effort and adhering to committed targets.
