By incorporating AI into the design process and our learning solutions, you will ensure our learning methods are progressive, enhance capabilities, champion inclusion, and align with Workiva's strategic goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the strategy, promotion, communication schedules, and learning transfer activities.
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day Program Manager for the Individual Contributor (IC)/all‑employee learning portfolio, shaping content priorities and strategic direction.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for the organization’s People Development calendars, managing scheduling for all quarterly topics, inclusion training, and management programs.
  • Facilitate virtual and in‑person learning for ICs/all‑employee audiences globally, adapting content and pacing in real‑time based on learner needs.
  • Lead twice‑monthly EMEA New Hire Orientation (with backup for the Americas), facilitate EMEA manager programs, and deliver quarterly virtual training for APAC.
  • Partner with instructional designers and SMEs to curate, vet, and regularly update internal and external content to align with shifting business needs.
  • Leverage AI tools to modernize the curriculum, weaving AI concepts directly into course content where it adds value.
  • Collaborate on program development, using AI as an analytical and creative tool to accelerate ideation, analyze learner needs, and shape modern materials.
  • Measure program effectiveness by analyzing learner insights, operations dashboards, and qualitative feedback to identify trends and improvements.
  • Synthesize program insights and recommended curriculum changes for presentation in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • 6+ years experience in learning and development, with a focus on program management, large‑scale event planning, facilitation, and program design.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior people management experience.
  • 2+ years facilitating to manager audiences.

  • Capability to strategically apply AI tools to accelerate problem‑solving and innovation, while critically evaluating outputs for accuracy and bias.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, manage, and deliver development programs that engage diverse global groups, mitigate biases, and apply equitable practices to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Ability to succeed in fast‑paced, high‑growth, highly collaborative environments.
  • Curious and knowledgeable about emerging approaches that support learning and development needs now and in the future.
  • Willingness and ability to support global time zones, including occasional in‑person and virtual facilitation in APAC and Americas regions.
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
