A leading educational institution in the UK is seeking a Senior Learning and Care Support Assistant to support students with profound needs. The role involves designing Individual Care Plans, coordinating specialist support, and managing a team. Ideal candidates have training in Manual Handling and First Aid, alongside strong organizational and leadership skills. This position requires working across multiple campuses, with a commitment of 36 hours per week during term time.
We are seeking to appoint a Senior Learning and Care Support Assistant to coordinate the provision of specialist support for students with profound and complex needs. Working closely with other team members and curriculum staff, you will design, develop and implement Individual Care Plans, risk assessments and Individual Support Plans. You will also line manage a team of Learning and Care Support Assistants and ensure the completion of relevant administration.
The initial primary location for this role will be Uxbridge Campus; however the post holder will be required to work at Hayes Campus and Barra Hall, Hayes as required.
Hours are 36 hours per week, 40 weeks per year to cover term times.
