Job summary

Hitachi Solutions Europe is growing its Change Adoption and Learning team and seeks a Senior Learning Consultant to translate strategies into practical, high-quality learning solutions for clients. You will combine hands-on learning design and delivery with consulting judgement and stakeholder influence across diverse client environments.

You’ll report to the Head of Change and Learning, shaping learning readiness and user adoption while building strong relationships with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience delivering training and learning solutions within ERP or enterprise application transformation programmes.
• Experience with large-scale transformation programmes including Training Needs Analysis and blended learning.
• Strong consulting judgment to advise stakeholders and shape practical learning recommendations.
• Confident working across multiple workstreams and client environments including remote, hybrid and on-site delivery.
• Strong English communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Advantageous: Dynamics 365; transferable ERP platform experience such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, IFS.
• Fluency in Spanish, French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist learning and adoption expertise across client projects, from TNA through to delivery and impact assessment.
• Translate learning and adoption strategies into practical delivery plans that support readiness and outcomes.
• Advise clients and project teams on learning approaches, delivery methods, engagement and governance.
• Design and develop accessible, user-centred blended learning solutions using relevant tools and instructional design principles.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
