Job summary

• Experience supporting senior appointments processes.
• Ability to advise bishops and appointment bodies on discernment and development.
• Strong capability in leadership development and safeguarding considerations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with diocesan stakeholders on appointment planning and consultations.
• Draft high-quality consultation reports and role documents.
• Support appointment panels with guidance and policy compliance.
• Coordinate candidate briefings and assessment stages.
• Provide pastoral support to candidates throughout discernment and appointments.
• Advise on succession planning and leadership development; build networks.
