The Opportunity

We’re looking for a world-class Senior Leadership Consultant to be part of our founding team whilst helping deliver and shape our flagship programs and consultancy. We are very much dialled in on bringing an elite team of people together to be at the forefront as leadership continues to evolve.

You will lead immersive sessions, coach top leaders, and help organisations shift mindsets, strategy, and execution around AI-driven growth.

This is not training. It’s elite strategic facilitation and change for businesses navigating a generational shift.

What You’ll Do

Consulting & Facilitation

• Deliver 3-day high-impact programs to C-Suite and senior leaders
• Facilitate strategic planning, AI opportunity mapping, and leadership mindset shifts
• Guide teams through frameworks on AI readiness, capability, and competitive positioning
• Translate complex AI themes into business language and strategic actions

Executive Coaching & Transformation

• Coach leaders (1:1 and in groups) to embed strategic behaviour change
• Support functional leaders in building AI-enabled roadmaps
• Advise client teams on overcoming organisational resistance
• Map out real measurable objectives for overall organisational capability

Program Evolution

• Feed insight from delivery back into program development
• Co-design new modules, diagnostics, and toolkits based on client needs
• Stay on the edge of AI-business trends to maintain program relevance

What You Bring

Experience

• 8+ years in leadership consulting, transformation, or strategy advisory
• 3+ years in executive coaching or leadership development
• Track record working with senior teams — ideally across multiple sectors
• Exposure to AI/digital transformation projects

Mindset & Skills

• Gravitas, clarity, energy and presence in front of board-level leaders
• Ability to challenge and coach without alienating — credibility, warmth and influence combined
• Strong facilitator — skilled at running executive sessions, offsites, or cohort-based leadership labs
• Commercial and strategic thinker — you see where leadership meets business value and love to communicate
• You want to be part of something fresh, life changing and disruptive
• A desire to progress and be valued for honouring your incredible experience

Ideal But Not Essential

• Former experience at leadership development boutiques or management consultancies
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or enterprise AI platforms
• Interest in leadership ethics, governance, and resilience in tech-driven environments
• Interest in predictions of how you see leadership across the globe in next 10-20 years
