Job summary

The Church at Junction 10 is seeking an exceptional Pentecostal / Charismatic Christian Ministry Leader to become our next Senior Leader. This post offers a unique invitation into a story of growth, governance clarity, and community mission as we enter a new season.

Based in Walsall, the Senior Leader will guide a thriving multi-site church with around 250 regular attendees, develop staff and leadership pipelines, oversee safeguarding and finances, shape Sunday services, and represent Junction

Qualifications

• A practising Christian with vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Called and gifted to lead people spiritually, strategically and pastorally.
• Excellent communicator, preacher and teacher.
• Experienced in leading churches, ministries or significant teams.
• Passionate about developing leaders and releasing others into ministry.
• Comfortable leading organisational change with Christ-centred culture.
• Committed to Pentecostal theology and practice and able to operate in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with volunteers, staff, trustees and congregation members.

Responsibilities

• Spiritual, executive, strategic and organisational leadership.
• Leadership of a multi-site church.
• Development of staff, ministry leaders and leadership pipelines.
• Governance, safeguarding, financial stewardship and operational oversight.
• Responsibility for shaping Sunday services and the wider ministry programme.
• Representation of J10 within local, denominational and wider church networks.
