Job summary

Westminster Chapel in London is seeking an experienced pastor to join our staff and, in time, lead the eldership as we pursue a vision of filling London with followers of Jesus. Hours: 35 per week, location Westminster Chapel, Buckingham Gate, SW1E 6BS.

The role combines faithful Bible ministry with wise leadership, mentoring future leaders, strengthening church health, and guiding the church toward its next season of ministry.

Qualifications

• Mature pastoral leader with substantial pastoral ministry experience.
• Experience in eldership and preaching within healthy churches.
• Ability to lead and develop future church leaders.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen spiritual leadership alongside the current elders.
• Develop future leaders and church health.
• Help implement Westminster Chapel's long-term vision.
