Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• Full UK Manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide coaching through supervision and 1:1 support.
• Support Locality Manager with day-to-day staff leadership.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered consistently.
• Cover shifts across a 7-day cycle and manage flexible scheduling.
