Job summary

You’ll guide technical delivery, shape squad architecture and mentor up to four engineers, aligning with business priorities and product goals while promoting high-quality software and scalable cloud-based solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Java engineering experience in modern software delivery environments.
- Experience designing, building and operating cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Experience with microservices architecture, APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and production support.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test and operate software in a hands-on role with production systems.
- Lead the squad’s technical delivery and architecting decisions.
- Coach and support up to four engineers and partner with the Engineering Manager.
- Maintain engineering standards through code reviews, testing and ownership of operations.
