We're seeking experienced Lead and Senior Software Engineers to join a high-performing engineering team delivering modern, secure and scalable software solutions. The Role

As a Lead or Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building and delivering high-quality software systems that balance performance, security and maintainability. Working closely with product, security and operational teams, you'll help shape technical solutions while contributing to a culture of engineering excellence.

You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design through to deployment and operational support, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient and fit for purpose.

• Experience with secrets management technologies such as Vault or AWS Secrets Manager
• Public sector or large financial services experience
• For Lead-level candidates, experience mentoring engineers and leading technical teams
