We are partnered with an award-winning global search firm and are seeking to engage with successful consultants regarding a new role within their Private Markets team in London.

The practice focuses on hiring across all areas of the sector up to C-level, providing exposure to a diverse client base to support your continued success.

The consultancy has offices in the UK, US, and Asia, and is committed to growth through excellence, emotional intelligence, and trusted partnerships globally.

Who we would like to hear from

Executives with search or quality contingent backgrounds seeking a step up, with full cycle 360 experience. Ideally, candidates will have knowledge of private markets or related financial backgrounds.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in sourcing, business development, networking, and relationship building.

  • Ability to approach senior candidates, pitch to clients, assess candidates, and curate shortlists.
  • Attention to detail, enjoyment in mapping markets and developing new business.
  • Ability to present candidates to clients, discuss interview feedback, and provide market advice and consultancy.

We are looking for solutions-focused, proactive individuals with self-awareness, drive, resilience, and high emotional intelligence.

This role offers a hybrid work pattern based in central London.

Salary is negotiable, with earning potential incentivized to attract the right talent.

Commission is uncapped, up to 50%, representing a strong career opportunity within a thriving, positive culture.
