Thrive Childcare is seeking a Senior Lead Practitioner to support the Nursery Manager and Deputy in Kirkintilloch. The role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring regulatory standards, and delivering high-quality care for children.

You will work as a proactive team member with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, contributing to a safe, nurturing environment for young learners.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified or above in Early Years per government guidelines.
• Experience as a Practitioner or Senior Practitioner in Early Years preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
