About The Role:

The Nursery Third in Charge plays a vital role in supporting the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the nursery runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining high-quality care for children, and fostering positive relationships with parents and stakeholders. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Essential Criteria:

You must be Level 3 qualified or above, according to government guidelines. This role is ideal for current Qualified Practitioners seeking their next opportunity in the Early Years industry.
