Job Description:

Experience as a Senior/Lead Analyst or Team Lead within a law firm is essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • This position reports to a Regional IT Director or IT Manager and provides support of desktop/laptop computer systems of a complex nature to ensure end-user productivity and efficiency.
  • You will use advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide accurate, timely, and creative resolutions to user and local office technology-related issues.
  • Serve as the local team lead for the office and provide back-up support to the Regional IT Director and/or IT Manager.
  • Coordinate desktop-support activities of team members and serve as back-up to the Regional IT Director and/or IT Manager as needed.
  • Mentor and train other team members, actively sharing knowledge and best practices, as needed and assigned.
  • Participate in and occasionally lead (including testing and documentation) software pre-pilots, pilots, and roll-outs.
  • Perform detailed problem analysis, document issues and resolutions related to software or network situations, and work with software and hardware engineers when escalation is needed.

Skills Required

  • 10+ years in IT Support experience, with 3+ years within a law firm.
  • Provide technical support for O365, AD, Azure, Intune, iManage, Bighand, Intapp, SCCM, Avaya, Apple/Android mobile devices, and network protocols.

This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH.
