Job Description:

This project will be built using modern React technology, such as Next.js, along with component libraries on the frontend, and a Node/Typescript backend with MongoDB/Postgres databases. There will also be AI/ML components built using Python. While prior experience in AI/ML is not required, this role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in this area.

The company values autonomy and flexibility, allowing staff to focus on results rather than hours at a desk. The schedule is flexible around core hours, with most work being remote. You will need to be able to commute to Colchester for team meetings a few times a week.

• Proven experience with relevant frameworks & libraries (preferably React, Next.js, Node)
• Experience with a component library (Material-UI, Tailwind, Chakra-UI, or similar)
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• Experience in scoping, planning, and leading projects in an Agile environment
