An exciting new opportunity exists for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with management experience to lead our antimicrobial stewardship pharmacy team in the delivery of evidence based improvements in antimicrobial stewardship. Working closely with the DIPC and the pharmacy leadership team you will be expected to propose and subsequently deliver improvement ideas. We are therefore looking for someone with vision who can engage with and influence a range of different healthcare professionals including medical, nursing and pharmacy staff.

The Trust is committed to use electronic solutions such as ICNet to target patients in need of an antimicrobial review so we are looking for someone with an interest in informatics who can influence and optimise these changes in working practice.

We are looking for someone who can ultimately work expertly across the four pillars of clinical practice, leadership, research and education so if you want to work towards becoming a Consultant AMS Pharmacist, this could be the role for you.
