Salary Range: £111,809 - £131,540

About the role

As a Senior Lawyer in the CFT Legal Team, you will provide legal advice on consumer finance and transport products, supporting divisions like Black Horse, Lex Autolease, and Tusker. Your responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on data protection, and supporting product development and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with senior management, external legal firms, and regulatory bodies such as the FCA and PRA. The role involves managing legal risks, training colleagues, and participating in legal projects.

Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor in the UK with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer credit law, FCA regulations, and asset finance.
  • Experience in drafting commercial contracts and advising on data protection issues.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple demands.
