Job Description:

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction lawyer (circa 7+ years PQE) to join a leading London team.

This market-leading team has an extensive portfolio of work and has advised on some of the biggest, most challenging, and innovative projects worldwide. Many client projects are based in the Middle East and Africa, regions experiencing rapid growth and offering excellent opportunities.

The team offers a wide range of work and advises construction professionals, contractors, employers, operators, investors, and insurers across various industry sectors, providing comprehensive project advice.

For this role, the team seeks a bright, experienced Construction lawyer with expertise in advising on procurement routes, engineering and construction documentation (including consultant appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, third-party rights, and security documentation), joint venture agreements, PFI and PPP documentation, alliance agreements, etc.

The role is suitable for candidates with in-house and/or private practice experience. International project experience, especially in the Middle East and Africa, is preferred but not essential.
