Senior Large Format Production Lead – Central London
Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience

We are working with a well established large format print and signage business in Central London that is looking for an experienced and capable all rounder to join their team in a senior role.

This is a full time position for someone who can confidently take a project from initial artwork setup through to final installation. The right person will have strong technical knowledge, be hands on with production and finishing, and able to manage on site installs when needed.

What you will be doing

• Preparing artwork for print including setting up files, adding cut lines, bleeds and making files press ready

• Operating large format print and finishing machinery including laminators, cutters, and mounting tools

• Assembling and finishing items such as banners, boards, and stand systems

• Carrying out site surveys and managing installations from start to finish

• Liaising with internal teams, clients and fitters to ensure smooth delivery of projects

What we are looking for

• Strong background in large format print, production and finishing

• Solid understanding of file setup and pre press artwork prep

• Hands on experience running printers and using finishing equipment

• Able to confidently conduct site surveys and manage installs independently

• Organised, reliable, and comfortable working on projects end to end
