About The Role

Are you a Landscape Architect with experience in LVIA? Are you looking for a flexible role working on a variety of LVIA projects across the UK and Ireland? Do you seek a unique opportunity in the renewable energy sector with frequent fieldwork across Ireland?

Macro Works, part of the APEM Group, is a specialist landscape and visual consultancy conducting Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) for Ireland’s largest commercial and infrastructural developments.

We are seeking a Landscape Architect to join our growing team, working on projects in coastal/offshore, countryside, and urban settings. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse LVIA projects, collaborate with architects, planners, and engineers, conduct field surveys, and provide expert advice on landscape and visual mitigation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture, environmental planning, geography, or related field
  • Experience in conducting LVIA for various projects including residential, commercial, infrastructure, and renewable energy
  • Proficiency in GIS, CAD, and visualization software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage projects independently
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines related to LVIA
