Lead Careers Ltd is assisting in recruiting a Senior Landscape Architect for a Bristol-based studio. The role focuses on leading landscape design from concept to delivery across public realm, regeneration, and masterplanning projects.

The successful candidate will bring a CMLI and a strong design track record, lead projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients and authorities within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree or post graduate degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 5+ years post-CMLI experience with a proven landscape architecture track record.
• Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and authorities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Developing high-quality landscape designs.
• Leading projects through all stages.
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to a creative, positive studio culture.
• Working closely with clients, local authorities, and other disciplines.
• Helping to grow their design portfolio by contributing to bids and proposals.
