Job summary

Konker is recruiting a Senior Landscape Architect to join its growing landscape team in Wetherby. You will lead projects from concept through to delivery, shaping creative and practical landscape solutions for diverse schemes across the UK.

You'll coordinate with clients, consultants and colleagues in a multidisciplinary practice, mentor junior staff, and help develop the landscape offering. A strong background in AutoCAD and landscape design is essential, with LVIA beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Landscape Architect with strong design and project coordination.
• Strong AutoCAD skills are essential.
• Knowledge of LVIA or landscape/visual appraisals is advantageous.
• Chartered membership is beneficial but not essential.

• Lead project work from concept through to detailed design and delivery.

Konker is recruiting for a Senior Landscape Architect to join an established, award-winning multidisciplinary practice as it invests in and grows its landscape team.

Based in Wetherby, the practice has a strong pipeline of projects across the UK, offering the chance to take ownership of varied schemes while helping shape the future of its landscape offering.

You'll be joining a well-established practice with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and a varied portfolio spanning residential, commercial, education, leisure and public-sector projects.

With a move to a new Wetherby office and plans to strengthen the landscape team, this is an opportunity to take on greater responsibility, influence design and support the development of the wider team.

Working across projects from concept through to detailed design and delivery, you'll lead project work, develop creative and practical landscape solutions, and coordinate with clients, consultants and colleagues across multiple disciplines.

There will also be opportunities to mentor colleagues, contribute to the team's growth and help develop the practice's wider landscape and environmental offering.

You'll have proven experience as a Landscape Architect, with strong design, technical and project coordination skills. Good working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential, while experience with LVIA or landscape and visual appraisals would be beneficial. Landscape Institute chartership is advantageous but not essential.
