Are you an experienced Senior Landscape Architect looking to take the lead on diverse and exciting projects? We’re working with a well-established, forward-thinking practice in Newcastle seeking a talented professional to join their team on a permanent, office-based basis.

The Role

As a Senior Landscape Architect, you’ll lead multiple projects across various sectors, ensuring high-quality design and delivery. You’ll collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive innovative solutions while maintaining efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple landscape architecture projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee design development, technical detailing, and project coordination.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure projects align with industry standards, sustainability principles, and best practices.

About You

• Chartered status (or working towards) with the Landscape Institute.
• Proven experience in project leadership across sectors.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Must have RtW in the UK without sponsorship.
