Job summary

An employee-owned landscape practice is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect for design-led and sustainability-focused projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects, produce high-quality deliverables, and mentor junior staff in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong design portfolio or proven LVIA experience, and enjoy hybrid working conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years post-chartership experience.
• Strong design portfolio or proven LVIA experience preferred.
• GIS knowledge ideal, and a full UK driving licence required.

We're working with an employee-owned landscape practice that’s growing and on the lookout for a Senior Landscape Architect - someone with either strong design skills or solid LVIA experience (or both).

They work across a wide range of sectors including public realm, education, and renewable energy. It’s a studio where collaboration isn’t a buzzword - they genuinely value everyone’s input and invest in your long-term development.

What you’ll be doing:

? Lead projects from concept to detailed design

? Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams

? Manage budgets, timelines, and resources

? Produce high-quality drawings, presentations, and reports

? Carry out site assessments to inform design decisions

?? Mentor junior team members and support the growth of the practice

What you’ll need:

️ CMLI + min. 3 years post-chartership

️ Strong design portfolio or proven LVIA experience (GIS knowledge ideal)

️ Full UK driving licence
