Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a Senior Land Referencer to manage DCO and CPO submissions, acting as the main contact for communities and project teams. The role focuses on data extraction, verification and uploading to our land referencing systems.

You will lead data sourcing, licensing and setup, while mentoring juniors and ensuring adherence to legal and contract requirements. UK travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in land referencing for DCO/CPO projects is preferred.
• Strong client facing skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with GIS tools are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact between affected parties, communities, and delivery teams to support DCO/CPO submissions.
• Lead data collection, verification, and loading of land ownership information into internal databases.
• Identify data sources, liaison with suppliers, and manage data licensing and setup.
• Mentor junior team members to ensure quality and standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, contractual, and organisational requirements.
