Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Land and Partnerships Manager to join us as a senior member of the function in our East Midlands region, leading a team to acquire land in line with the region's five-year business plan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Land Director, they will proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities to facilitate growth.

They will identify, assess, pursue, and progress potential land and partnership opportunities, lead bid submissions, and negotiate legal agreements.

They will also lead and develop a motivated team, enabling and motivating team members to support business growth.

HS&S Responsibilities

Ensure personal and team health and safety in accordance with company standards.

Skills, knowledge & experience

Proven industry experience in planning and land acquisition, embodying Keepmoat values; a creative and resilient individual with strategic and negotiation skills.
