Due to continued growth, my client is seeking an experienced Senior Land Manager to join their team based in Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning housebuilder.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities
  • Lead and supervise bid submissions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Negotiate legal agreements and manage the pre-sale opportunities with key partners.
  • Identify, assess, and pursue potential land opportunities

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in planning, land acquisition, and partnership development.
  • Current network and contacts within the Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, capable of engaging with senior decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategy development and execution using innovative approaches.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement.
