About the Role

We’re seeking a commercially minded and relationship-driven Senior Land Manager to join a leading housebuilder in the Midlands.

In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new land and partnership opportunities, driving bid submissions, and negotiating legal agreements. You'll play a key role in shaping the development pipeline and influencing how communities are built.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, assess, and progress land and partnership opportunities
  • Lead bid submissions and pre-sale proposal strategies
  • Negotiate terms and legal agreements with landowners and partners
  • Engage and build relationships with local authorities and housing associations
  • Support regional growth through strategic land acquisitions
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing team culture
