High profile London Developer who acquire medium – large scale complicated sites in and around East London and surrounding areas are keen to find a Senior Land & Development Manager for their acquisitions and development team.

The company has a name synonymous with quality and the product this developer produce is this. They have an excellent buying strategy and are able to acquire any value site quickly without the rigmarole of waiting for extensive board approval which can significantly hold things up allowing you to do the deal providing numbers stack up with their buying strategy.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in medium – large scale acquisitions and be familiar with front end planning responsibilities. You will be presentable and familiar with approaching land owners and agencies in getting the best deal possible for the company. Having a relevant degree or masters qualification will be an advantage but not essential.
