We re working with a leading national consultancy seeking a motivated and commercially minded Land Assembly professional to join their Birmingham team. This is an opportunity to be part of a respected firm delivering major infrastructure, regeneration and development schemes across the UK.
The Role
You ll be involved in a wide range of land assembly and compulsory purchase work, supporting public and private sector clients from early stages through to delivery. Projects span sectors including transport, energy, regeneration and housing, giving you real variety day to day.
What You ll Be Doing
  • Managing landowner negotiations and access agreements
  • Preparing documentation to support compulsory purchase orders
