Qualifications

• HNC in a science-related subject (or equivalent qualification and experience).
• Laboratory experience or strong interest in analytical science.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good safety awareness, attention to detail, and ability to deliver accurate results under pressure and to deadlines.
• Post specific capability analysis assessment available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate sample preparation, analysis, testing and reporting to meet customer and business requirements.
• Work collaboratively to monitor laboratory performance, resolve issues proactively and minimise operational delays.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance by identifying improvements and supporting corrective actions.
• Develop technical expertise through cross-training, technical documentation, improvement projects and wider laboratory activities.
