Boeing is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Labor Relations Manager to be based in Europe.

This role offers a great mix of strategy and "hands on" work, for a passionate person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who takes pride in their relationship building and facilitation skills.

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate. This position can be based out of selected locations in France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden or United Kingdom.

Position Responsibilities:

In this role your main accountabilities will include:

  • Manages employees and mid-level managers designing, implementing and administering employee relations processes, including Employee Opinion Survey, the Employee Engagement and Work Environment Assessment models and Collective Bargaining.
  • Provides senior leadership with recommendations, advice and counsel on Employee Relations policies, strategies and processes.
  • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
  • Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor degree from an accredited course of study or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in labor relations or other HR areas in a large, complex organisation

Work Authorisation:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden or United Kingdom. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the respective country. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants.
